ARE THE AIRCRAFT SAFE?

Austrek Air Charter is a Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) approved operator and maintains the highest standards in equipment, safety and security in accordance with CASA. In addition Austrek AIr Charter also holds airline style CASA CAR217 training and checking approvals.

Can I purchase only one seat on a charter flight?

No. Individual seats cannot be sold on a charter flight. You are charged for the whole aircraft, just like a taxi.

Can the aircraft be chartered one way only?

Yes, we can drop you off or pick you up from your destination. The cost will be charged as a round trip as the aircraft has to return to it’s base.

Does the cost change with the number of passengers on the flight?

No. When you choose to charter an aircraft you are charged for the whole aircraft, no matter how many passengers are flying. The cost is based on an hourly rate, not the number of passengers.

How do I pay for a flight?

Payment will be required prior to charter. We accept Visa, Mastercard or a direct deposit into our bank account.

How many seats on a charter aircraft?

That depends on the model and make of the aircraft. Our aircraft can carry one to nine passengers plus the pilot. Please click on “Our Fleet” on our website to see the specifications of each aircraft we have in our fleet.

How much does a charter cost?

Contact us via email or phone to obtain a quote as each flight is customised to meet the individual’s requirements.

When are you available to charter an aircraft?

24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
